For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to travel. I have never imagined myself living in one place and nothing terrifies me more than doing the same thing every day for 20 years. Contentment is a concept that I haven’t yet grasped.

I’ve always assumed it would just fall into place. That when the right job/man/fairy godmother came along, my story would start and end with living happily (and contented) ever after.

So far, that hasn’t happened.

Call it a quarter-life crisis. Call it idealism. The truth is I am restless. Restless to see, touch, feel and experience the unfamiliar.

I am making big plans to see more of the world, to become a nomad, to explore freely. As soon as I step into unfamiliar territory, this blog will become a window into my next adventure.

In the meantime, I will try to curb my relentless wanderlust by delving into my travels past and sharing my journey between here and life in a backpack.

Love Restless xx
